- LGBT Foundation provide a wide range of support to female homosexual, gay, bisexual and transgender people, including a range of support groups; counselling; a befriending scheme; a sexual health programme, a substance-misuse project, and many more.

Description of service
An communication, support and referral service for lesbians, gay men and bisexual and transgender people – and anyone considering issues around their sexuality and/or gender individuality. Confidential, welcoming, supportive and non-judgemental. The helpline operates from 10am to 10pm seven days a week, 52 weeks a year. The helpline number is The rate is the same as for local calls, even from mobiles, and the number is included in both landline and mobile bundles.
