Is ike gay
Ike and Soren in Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance
Ike and Soren are playable characters in Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance. If Ike and Soren achieve A-support, there is an ending in which Soren says: “Theres only one place for me to be, Ike and its by your side.” Fans have long speculated about Ike and Soren having a doable romantic relationship, primarily due to a combination of Soren’s constant affection for Ike and Ike not being interested in any of his numerous other admirers.
The positioning of the two as a couple is slightly more overt in the Japanese discharge and in some official Japanese-language publications, due to choice of language. In the A-Level back conversation between the two in Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, Soren tells Ike, “You are the only one that is special to me” (「あなただけが、僕にとって特別になったんです⋯⋯」). Furthermore, the books Fire Emblem: Track of Radiance Memorial Book Tellius Recollection: The First Volume () and Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn Memorial Book Tellius Recollection: The Second Volume () frequently reference the bond between the

Since I've already answered the part about Soren, I'll move on to this.alchfilosofer said:
Also he had many ladies hitting on him (mia, marcia, lete, elincia, the merchant) and he had no interest.

Aimee the merchant is appreciate that annoying miss in high institution who keeps begging the school quarterback to go out with her, despite him telling her that he's not interested. It's not that he's lgbtq+, it's that she's so **** annoying with her persistance that it turns him off to her.
Mia wants a rival to educate with and change into stronger, not a lover.
Marcia doesn't slap on Ike.
Lethe? He actually responds fairly favorably to her, and in their PoR A-support he considers moving to Gallia with her later on to become stronger (granted, he apparently decides not to, but anyone who's played Radiant Dawn knows that by then he'd gotten to the point where Tellius didn't own anything left to teach him and he decides to explore the relax of the world).
Elincia is only a client to Ike who respects him highly. She is actually in treasure with Geoffrey.

First there’s the extended Japanese version of PoR and RD, which emphasize the Soren/Ike relationship even more and has Ike clarify to Elincia that he isn’t interested in her and only sees her as his employer. His convos with Micaiah also rly cutely lampshade the parallel between Micaiah/Sothe and Ike/Soren.
The downside of the Japanese version is that it makes Ike’s and Soren’s relationship come across a bit like a stereotypical Seme/Uke thing to me imo (Soren is even more adoring of Ike in it and acts even more following towards him, while Ike acts more dominant and “manly” towards him) but it’s the source material so it counts. At least his relationship with Ranulf is on more equal grounds.
Second, there’s the paired endings Ike has with either Soren or Ranulf in RD that follows the same pattern other Lord romance endings prior to RD perform. He ends up eloping with either one of them, never to be seen again.
The amount of work needed to unlock Ike’s ending with Soren and their infamous last convo is also worthy of note. You have to finish the game twice with

Also I love how Ike is gay coded, especially since he has no romantic interest in women at all and his only endings in both games are with Soren (gay) and Ranulf (bi?). Also Priam doesnt exist so the hets can catch this tea
hahahah i love him bein gay af too. and priam……… whole concept of him is just a nonsensical ill-concieved notion in the first place that makes the fe canon very confusing and convoluted almost to the point i’d consider him non-canon just because of that. honestly i don’t think his existence needs more than a half-assed “oh magic gaybies” explanation cuz it’s obvious the writers didn’t think him all the way through
