Tim Dillon is not married despite what his social media accounts might suggest. The openly gay comedian, who is known for his outspoken and politically charged comedy, often jokes about being married. In one incident, he joked about getting married to podcaster and writer Anna Khachiyan. In , the pair who were always seen together mind it would be fun to prank people by posting a photo with the caption, which suggested they were married.
